Nintendo Sweetens Skyward Sword Collector’s Edition, Leprechauns Left Destitute

Hey, It’s a Zelda Tradition

Nintendo have announced that a special gold collector’s edition will be released along with Skyward Sword, which will include a golden Zelda-themed Wii Remote Plus. The price for this extravagance? An extra 20 bucks ($69.99). Of course, if you’re not a true Zelda fan (or, you know, you simply care about gameplay more or just don’t need another Wii Remote), then you shell out the paltry $49.99 for the standard edition of the game – you tightwad!

If you’re feeling particularly confident and plant to pre-order the game, then there’s also a free 25th anniversary orchestral soundtrack in it for ya, which includes music from throughout the franchise’s history. And this time without any Miyamoto E3 stage-antics. (We love  Miyamoto-san!)
